Biography and Additional Professional Information
Thirty years of law enforcement experience: Nine as a Police Officer, Sergeant then Detective with the Honolulu Police Department (HPD). Twenty-One years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Graduated from the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute on 7/30/2002. Certified by the FBI as an Accredited Polygraph Examiner on 7/30/2003. Completed the required 40 PCSOT training.
Retired from the FBI on 3/3/2007. Currently a licensed and bonded self-employed Private Detective (PD-681) and Polygraph Examiner. Also holding credentials issued by the U.S. Department of Defense – Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Department of Homeland Security - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to perform background investigations on Federal contracts.
