Sergiy is a polygraph examiner trained under the direct tutelage of remarkable American polygraph examiners – Mr. Thomas R. Ezell (1928-2007) and Mr. Richard С. Hickman (1919-2007). Sergiy has a Master of Science in Psychology from the Karazin Kharkiv National University. Graduate of Arizona School of Polygraph Science in 2005. Former Head of the Psychological Services Division at the largest commercial bank in Ukraine (2003-2010). At this position, Sergiy has worked extensively in the area of psychological consulting to management, psychodiagnostic assessment and polygraph testing. He has personally conducted more than 650 polygraph examinations; supervise 20 polygraph examiners and more than 35 organizational psychologists. Direct and coordinate all polygraph examinations conducted within the Division. Review polygraph examinations conducted by other examiners for purposes of quality control. Present training to division staff. Present lectures and demonstrations on the use of the polygraph to company clients. Currently Sergiy is the Owner and Director of Psiwell Ltd. Founded in 2010, Psiwell offers a range of polygraph services such as for pre-employment, civil issues, criminal investigations to private and commercial clients throughout Ukraine.
