The presenters for this seminar will be Chuck Slupski, Von Jennings and Steve Duncan. There will be continental breakfast, catered lunch and afternoon snacks provided for all attendees.

Milton “Skip” Webb, whose career in law enforcement has spanned four decades, includes the Raleigh Police Department, in Raleigh, NC, the US Army, and the US Marshalls Service. As a Special Deputy US Marshall, Skip flew to over 57 countries protecting against commercial aircraft hijacking attempts. He became a CID Special Agent in 1972, serving for 41 years as a criminal investigator and Supervisory Special Agent. From 1974 until 1978, Skip served as a protective service agent for two Secretaries of Defense and the Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve. He returned to North Carolina in 1978, where he served as an agent with the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety until his return to active duty in 1981. In 1986, Skip attended the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute later serving as a CID polygraph examiner, polygraph supervisor, quality control supervisor, and military chief of the Army CID Polygraph Division. Skip retired from active duty in 1994, accepting the position of Supervisory Special Agent and Chief of the Army CID Polygraph Division where he was responsible for supervision of all CID polygraph examiners worldwide. In 1998, Skip was promoted to Deputy Director for the US Army Crime Records Center - CID. Skip holds a Bachelor Degree in criminal justice from Shaw University and a Master of Arts Degree from Webster University. He is a graduate of the FBI Advanced Polygraph Studies Course and the DODPI Supervisor’s Course. Skip spent three terms as a President of the American Polygraph Association (APA) and served as its Chairman and Executive Director on the Board of Directors. Skip has served as a guest instructor for the US Army Judge Advocate General’s School, the Drug Enforcement Agency, US Secret Service, the Central Intelligence Agency, the DOD Polygraph Institute, the National Reconnaissance Office, Federal Inter-Agency Polygraph Seminars, several state association seminars, and numerous APA, Canadian Association of Police Polygraphists, and Mexican Government’ Security Service seminars. He has published articles in both the A.P.A. and A.A.P.P. Journals and authored two Army Regulations and the CID Polygraph Policy and Procedures Manual. Skip now retired from federal service and is working in the private sector as a polygraph examiner, lecturer, trainer and private investigator.
